Multiplying Leaders
When most people hear the word multiplication they run for the hills! Either they remember the days of math tests in school or they're reminded of balancing their checkbook.
But multiplication in regards to small group community is exciting-let me explain why.
Imagine sending out one of your group members to start and lead another group. Then seeing that group grow and flourish and itself sending out a leader to begin yet another group. That's exciting!
How does a thriving ministry of small groups multiply in a way that is healthy and encouraging to everyone involved in a group? They focus on multiplying leaders, not groups!
Take a couple minutes and watch this month's "Two Minute Tips" and hear more about how to multiply leadership.

Service project for your group?
Northshore's Talk Time has a need that small groups can help meet. Every Friday night
Talk Time volunteers provide a simple dinner for International students, conversation over a topic sheet and transportation home (Bellevue and Edmonds). Would your small group be interested in providing one of these meals? Would your small group want to stick around and talk with students? Would your small group be interested in driving students home? We are trying to get confirmations by April.
Please contact Liz Godwin if your group would be willing to sign up to bring dinner to Talk Time once a year.
