I currently serve as the church planting pastor at Northshore. In 2012, I and my family are being sent by Northshore to plant Imprint Church in the NE suburbs of Seattle. My greatest joy besides Jesus Christ is my wife, Kelly, and my two kids, Bethany and Zachary. We have been married since 1999.

Prior to church planting, I served as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Bible Church in Seattle, WA from 2008-2010, and as an associate pastor at River West Church in Lake Oswego, OR from 1997-2005. I also did a Discipleship Training School in Sydney, Australia in 1995, followed by a Basic Leadership School in Adelaide, Australia while living and serving with YWAM Australia for a year.

I holds a Bachelor’s in Bible & Theology and Education from Multnomah University, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton College Graduate School. If I have free time, I enjoy reading, running, fly-fishing, golfing, collecting Jesus junk and being disappointed with the Seattle Mariners.
