Boundaries
Healthy relationships and sound living depend on maintaining smart personal boundaries. Many of us don’t know where to start. How do I answer someone who wants my time, love, energy, or money? Are boundaries selfish? Why do I feel guilty or afraid when I consider setting boundaries? Do I tend to want to control other people when I don’t get what I want? This group helps you define and use biblical boundaries to achieve the relationships and purposes that God intends for you as His child.
Grief Support (Adult)
Are you hurting due to the death of a loved one? Are friends and family uncertain how to ease your pain and give comfort? A greater understanding of your loss will help you cope and keep you from being immobilized or overwhelmed. God cares about your heart and so do we. Please join us. We will use the nationally known "GriefShare" series. (See GriefShare.org). Contact Helen Anderson at 425 697-3113.

Are you feeling overwhelmed and don't know what to do? There is a place where you can grieve in safety with others who are going through the same emotions as you. There is a place where you can find rest in God's love and care for you. Come check out Grief Share for Teens led by leaders who have been there too. The nationally known Grief Share video series will help guide and direct you to understanding your grief so you can feel better again. (See GriefShare.org). Fathered By God (Men)
Did you grow up without a father who was present both physically and emotionally? In an age when true fathers are in short supply, how do you find the path to authentic manhood? God is our Father and He has been initiating men and boys through the stages of manhood throughout the ages. Fathered by God is for men seeking God’s map through this masculine journey, seeking to become the men God intends us to be. Register now to be a part of this group for men!
Beautiful Outlaw
Religion gives us the impression of having Christ, while it inoculates you from experiencing the real thing. Men, do you know Jesus as having a personality or is He just two dimensional to you? How can you know Jesus more intimately, not just speculate or debate about him? Join us to be with other men who are on the path to truly knowing Him, not just about Him. This group is a follow up to Fathered by God.
Making Peace With Your Past (INTENSIVE)
Is your life not working and you don't know why?
- Even after you have tried to change your behaviors, do you see yourself making the same destructive decisions over and over again?
- Are you wondering if you are repeating some of the negative patterns of your parents and grandparents?
This group looks at our family history to see how the things that occurred in our growing-up years impact our decisions and relationships today. Join us as we discover together the effect of our past and how to change our future.
