1. How in the past have you sought out God’s will for your life?
2. Prior to hearing Pastor Jonathan’s sermon, would you have agreed with the statement, “God has a blueprint for my life”? Why or why not?
3. It was pointed out in Pastor Jonathan’s sermon that seeing God’s will as a detailed blueprint can leave us paralyzed when it comes to decision making. Have you ever found yourself paralyzed by fear of making a wrong choice?
- If so, what happened?
- If not, have you seen this in someone else? What was the result?
4. Read Romans 12: 1-2 and share what the passage has to say about God’s will. How is obedience a very important element in knowing and doing God’s will?
5. Next Sunday’s sermon “Urban Legends – Forgiving Means Forgetting.” Who in your life is struggling with forgiveness and needs you to invite them to hear this message?
